I hope all the boys and girls are satisfied with what you bring them. If you have time to stop at our house I would like you to bring me a wrist-watcI want one with pointed hands because that kind is easier to read. I'm learning to tell time. Pursuant to Title 59, Chapter 10, Section 29, Utah Code Annotatauthority vested in me by said Section, I, the undersigned Maurice C. Bird, Treasurer of Utah County, hereby gives public notice that the following named persons and corporations are delinquent in the payment of state, state school, state high school, county, district school, town, city, city schools, metropolitan water district predatory animal control fund, state tubercular and bangs control fund, inspection and special taxes for the year 1953 of the amount set opposite the respective names on the property indicated, reference being made to the assessment rolls of Utah County now in my lawful custody for the limited amount which go to make up the whole amount of delinquent taxes hereinafter set forth and the same is hereby made a part of this notice. Unless the said delinquent taxes, together with the cost and penalties are paid before Monday, January 11, 1954, I shall, pursuant to Title 59, Chapter 10, Section 32, Utah Code Annotated 1953, sell the real property upon which taxes are a lien to Utah County, in the manner prescribed by law, for such taxes, penalties, and costs, excepting only such property as is held by the county under Certificate of ed 1953, and by Tax Sale. Wathen as Lehi librarian, was the visit last week of Mrs. Ana Bone's class of Sixth Grade boys and girls. Accompanied by Mrs. Bone, they received instructions on how to use the library facilities and find the book and the subject they need. Prepared in advance, Mrs. Wathen provided each one of the fhirty students with an encyclopedia and gave a demonstration of their use. Following the visit, Mrs. Wathen received a letter of appreciation which she added to her keepsakes.
