Woffinden, his The Evansville outgoing officers, Hazel Allred, retiring captain, and Verda Peterson, who served with her as vice cap tain. The meeting was held in the Second Ward church with Captain Goldie Dickerson in charge. As sisting Captain Dickerson as hos tesses were Ruth Wanlass and Belva Johnson. Zella Clark is the new secretary. Class Leader Deon Beck gave the lesson on pioneer industries. The histories of her great grandparents, Daniel and Martha Payne Thomas, were given by Virgie Hall Gurney. A keepsake gift was presented to each of the retiring officers. Prayers were offered by Chaplain Mathilda Phillips. Songs used were "Wait Till the Clouds Roll By," and "The Water Mill." DUP CAMPS HOLD MEETINGS The meeting of the Bluebell Camp of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers was held at the home of Mrs. Fern Russon, with Ella Christofferson as Lieutenant Patta Gray took charge and the lesson on "Pioneer Dancing" was given by Class Leader Sadie L. Russon. The history of Mons Anderson, grandfather to Frank Sharp, was read by Irene Wilson, historian. Songs, "O, Ye Mountains High," and "Comin' Through the Rye," were directed by Alice Stice and Pearl Broomhead. Prayers were offered by Chaplains Fern Russon and Ella Christoferson. Snow Springs Camp met in the Fifth Ward church, with Lieutenant Leota Peterson in charge. wife, Deceased. Mrs. Peterson gave the "interesting histories of the grandparents of her husband, Lester Peterson, Andrew A. and Mary A. Peterson. Prayers were offered by Elfreda Bushman, chaplain, and Ruth Curtis.
