Goates of the appointment and assignment to duty of four Lehi men to positions in the stake organization. Kenneth Singleton of the Second ward and Robert G. Webb of the First ward were named members of the Stake High Council The other two appointments made were Thomas F. Kirkham and Daryl Fowler as stake auditors. Three more appointments to the High Council will be made as soon as possible, said President Goates. The High Council now composed of the following, Randall Schow, .Raymond H.
