The Lions Circus will be held on Saturday, May 27, and a program of entertainment for everyone is being arranged by those in charge. Included in the events scheduled will be Mr. Cotteral and Co., of Salt Lake City, Magicians DeLux, thrills, mystery and all supernatural phenomena of the unreal world. Other attractions will be a strong man; world renowned dance act, comedy, song, dance. There will be side shows where Bingo, ball and dart toss, cake walk acts, and numerious other attractions will be shown. The Civic Improvement Association Officers under the direction of A. H. Wing, local mortician, are now at work in working out the details of the annual Lehi Roundup celebration scheduled for July 1st, 3rd and 4th. They announce that the same rodeo stock of last year plus a few more wild and wooly numbers will be here. Jack Okey. the rodeo announcer who is recognized throughout the west as one of the at a microphone will handle the job in his clever inimitable way. Additional numbers will be announced as we go into the various phases of the celebration. The committee has now made plans to improve the chutes and corrals on the west end and making the handling of the stock easier, quicker and if the stock more permanent will cooperate, and sturdier. The funds from the celebration have been put to some very worthwhile purposes one which Is helping on the street marking finance, and others to be announced next week.
