The milk truck driven by J, J. Skinner, 52, Lehi, traveling south on Fifth West, collided with a car driven west on Third South by Leonard Braithwaite, 25, of Provo R. F. D., Box 78, according to Provo police. Mrs. Braithwaite, a passenger in the car driven by her husband, was treated at the Utah Valley hospital for shock and bruises, and then returned to her home. LEHI CHILDREN IN GOOD HEALTH During the past two weeks a health examination has been given the children of the third and sixth grades in the Lehi schools. A report from the examinations show-tha- t the general health of the students is good. The nutrition of the children is reported as exceptionally good. Some defects were noted and parents notified. An examination of the ninth grade students will be made in the near future. WOMAN DIES Investigating the accident were Mr. Evans, Sergeant of the highway " SISTER OF LOCAL Barlow. L. A. She was returned to her home Saturday after spending the night at the American Fork hospital. Joe Woostenhulme, 39, of Lehi, suffered a broken knee cap and cuts and bruises. He was taken to the Lehi hospital. According to Highway Patrolman Neldon S. Evans of Lehi, one of the investigating offcers, Mrs. Barlow was driving an eastbound automobile which collided with a westbound car driven by Mr. Woostenhulme. Mr. Anderson has served on the school board for the past seven years and is at present, president of the board. His name' will again he put befrsre the voters for reelection. Mr. Anderson has had years of experience in school work having taught for a number of years before his retirement from the school room. He has been an efficient and untiring worker during his term of office in the Alpine School District. is also up for the offce on the Thomas Powers, local merchant, school board. Mr. Powers is well known and well liked throughout Lehi and the surrounding territory. He is also an untiring worker and a man that puts the interest of Lehi and her students, first. He is business man and experienced civic worker. The election of either man will give Lehi a worthy representative on the Alpine School Board. , RS Jenna V. Holland, the Assistant State Director of recreation for the W. P. A. will talk to the ladies of the Lehi First Ward Relief Society at their Relief Society meeting, Tuesday, November 25. Her subject will be Teaching Sex Problems to Children.'' All ladies of the ward are invited and the young mothers of the ward are especially urged to be present. The Chantante Chorus members surprised Mrs. Glen Trane at her home, Tuesday evening of last week. A pot luck lunch and games were enjoyed.
