FUNERAL SERVICES j DATE FOR LOCAL HELD FOR JAIIUS Funeral services for Janus Peter Schow, 81, were held in the Lehi Fifth Ward Chapel, Wednesday with Bishop E. B. Garrett, conducting the services. Carlos Schcw. Mr. Schow has been a resident for the past C9 years. He was born June 4, 1860, in Rockier Bornholm, Denmark, to Jess Hansen and Signe Kristne Larsen Schow. He emigrated to America with his parents in IS 12, coming directly to Lehi where he has lived ever since. He married Achsah Willis Decem ber 10, 1890, in the Logan L. D. She died October church. S. 14, 1940. Mr. Schow was a High Priest in the L. D. S. church. Besides his son in Magna, he is survived by another son, J. W. Schow of Ogden; a foster daughter, Edith Meyers of Fort Duchesne, a sister, Mrs. Hansena Poulsen of Fresno, Cal., and nine grandchildren. Friday, October 25, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Robinson accompanied by Mrs. Reed H. Robinson and Mrs. Alice L. Phillips motored to Logan to visit with Mr. Robinson's sister, Mary, who is attending the U. A. While he was here he received word that he had been made corporal. A good orchestra has been engaged and a good time is assured all who attend. The dance is free and all Lehi Stake members are invited to attend.
