Beginning at 6 p. m. and until 8 p. m. a banquet will be served at the Memorial Building, cooked by thc First Ward Relief Society and served by M. I. A. girls. At 8:80 the B. Y. V. Service Bureau will present an excellent program, at the First Ward Chapel. They have a fine program arranged, something the people of Lehi should see and hear. The evening wil will be concluded Jay a dance in the ward chapel. OLD FOLKS COMMITTEE Carter's orchestra furnished the music. MISSIONARIES RELEASED Fon RotJia son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Rothe who has been laboring in the Northern States Mission for the past two years has received his release from the Texas mission and is expected to arrive in time to spend Christmas with his parents Alan Webb, son of Bishop and Mrs. E. N. WTebb has also received his release from the Texas mission and is expected to arrive in time to spend Christmas with his parents. HONORS MEMBERS M. I. A. LEADERSHIP One of the outstanding parties of the week was the banquet and dance in the Lehi Memorial Building, given bv the Old Folks Committee in honor of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Davis and Mrs. W. A. Ford, retiring members. The Davis' have been on the com- -' mitteee for twenty-fiv- e years. Mr. Davis has never missed one outing during the entire time, ne has served as committeeman, ward chairman and stake chairman. Mrs. Ford has served on the committee for a great many years, dependable and faithful in all her duties. The committee and their partnrs and the guests of honor were at the banquet. The tables were beautiful with Christmas colors with green ivy the entire length of tables while the green and red tapers burned during the banquet. Robert S. Fox, stake chairman, was in charge. H. Trinnaman was born in Grandma Trinnaman's house. About 1883 I purchased a log house and moved it from Slngham on to a piece of ground I purchased from Al Bushman in Lehi.
