Be it ordained" by the city council of Lehi City, Utah : 1. That any person or corporation owning or operating pole lines or wires carrying an alternating current of 110 volts, or over, within the limits of Lehi City be, and the same are hereby prohibited from doing or performing any construction, making any alterations, replacements or changes on such pole lines or wire systems, or changing the position or location of any wires, guys, anchors, poles or equipment, or of anv cross-armpins, insulators or conductors on any is of said poles, unless permission first obtained in writing from the city council of Lehi City; and whenever such permission is so granted then all such constructing, changing or altering of said poles, wires and systems and all parts thereof shall be done 1 1 meet the safety requirements and approval of the city electrician. 2. Any person or corporation violating the provisions of this ordin ance, or anv part thereof, shall upon conviction be punished' by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred and Ninety-Nin- e Dollars ($299.00). or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not exceeding sixty days. 3. In the opinion of the city council, it is necessary to the peace, heal'h and safety of the inhabitants of Lehi City that this ordinance be come effective immediately- X.
