The committee are working up the theme of Washington to commemorate the ending of centennial program that was outlined by the nation for this year and which ends Thanksgiving day. The program will be in the morning; but the time has not as yet been arranged. The Junior and Senior High School will be dismissed in order to attend, and those of the public who are interested will be welcome. In the afternoon following the program the student body officers of the high school are arranging for a matinee dance, which will probably be held between the hours of 2:30 and 4 p. m. Sugar beet growers of the Uta- hIdaho Sugar company will reeelv approximately $3,500,000 November 20 as initial payment for their 1932 product. Checks wil be mailed on or before November 20 for beets delivered to company factories in October, and payment for November deliveries will be made December 15, WlUlard Cannon, general manager, an nounced Friday. The first payment, Mr. Canon said, will be for about 80 per cent of the crop, and will be based on prices ranging from $4.10 to $4.35 a ton. The final payment depends on Bhgar content of the beets and the net proceeds from the sugar sold, he said, explaining that the amount will not, therefore, be determined until next 7 October. ' Payments Planned In addition to the payments sched uled for November 20, the company paid in October about $1,000,000 for labor, materials and other necessities for factory operation, Mr. Cannon said. Utah farmers will receive approxi mately $1,200,000 of the November payment.
