The bill provides for the setting aside of 32 per cent of the salaries of postmasters, and an equal amount to be contributed by the federal government, as their retirement funds. Postmasters will receive the benefits of these funds at the age of 70, if they have served 15 years or longer, and at the age og 75. if they have been in the service a shorter period, I. A.
