Failure to properly support the instl- tution on the part of the farmers themselves has been the prihcipl obstacle to the successful, operation of the creamery in the past. The Progress editor recently had a chat with Henrick Jorgensen of Emery that he wouldn't have missed for anything. Mr. Jorgensen went onto an piece of ground in the heart of Emery a few years ago and has transformed what had practically been considered only worthy of abandonment into a veritable garden spot. On it, during the last year, he raised a good deal more than a very large proportion of the biggest farms in the county. Stir up the ground and give It a chance to breathe, is the theory on which he works and which is It does one proving so successful. good to talk wit a man like Mr. Jor Igensen, who, besides having laun the county, has the courage and en lergy to demonstrate what it will do if given half a chance.
