But the film is based on a true story and reveals the difficulty present in such a situation. A World Apart is a little slow, but charged with good performances. Jodhi May, as Molly, delivers a fine performance that reveals her uncertain situation. While the film is based on her mother's tragic story, it is Molly's struggle that really touches one's heart. A special double feature with the Bette Davis' classic All About Eve will be presented and Friday Saturday.
