Primary Classes Ul&h Thursday, October 21, 1965 Receive Awards In Bothwell by Karen Stokes and Top Pilot classes of the Primary met together Sunday afternoon and presented Co-Pil- by Flo Munson Kristie Holt of Salt Lake City spent last week with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Glade while her parents, Timothy Robert and Carol Holt were in the process of moving to their new home at Flaming Gorge. Mr. Holt graduated from the University of Utah in June and then spent two months training with the Fish and Game officers. He is now assigned to the Flaming Gorge area and will do research toward an M.A. degree. at Spending the weekend Reno, Nev., were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Clark. Glade Timothy accompanied by F. L. Cub Scouts from Bothwell and their den mother, Mrs. Deloris Stokes, visited the Fire Department Thursday. They were given information and shown equipment by Carter Rich. It will be of interest to the people of Bothwell and surrounding areas to learn of the death of Marilyn Lind. She was a former Bothwell resident. She was killed in an. auto accident in California Saturday. Her parents are now living in Logan, Utah. C. City Drug Store of the City The ownership Drug was changed Oct. 1st when D. C. Parkinson purchased the business from T. L. Cochran who has operated the store for the past 25 years. Mr. Parkinson has been employed at the drug store for the past five years. Mr. Parkinson is a native of Franklin, Idaho, where he received his elementary education. He received his degree in Pharmacy at Idaho State College. He served a mission in the Northwestern States, and also is a veteran of World War II. His hobbies include collection of antiques and "any old thing that can be refinished and used." As a musician he has played in dance bands for the past 30 years, and still enjoys furnishing music to others. He is stake music director of the South Bear River Stake Sunday School. The Parkinsons, Dee and Beth live with their five children at 419 North 3rd East in Tremonton. The public is invited to attend the grand opening of the store Saturday, Oct. 23. VISITORS FROM ARIZONA Dr. Ross Mason and his wife, Jalenc and Dr. Owen Jones and his wife, Bonnie of Mesa, Ariz., were in Utah last weekend to attend USU Homecoming in Logan. NU-V- Seaman apprentice Gary Fredriekson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Fredriekson of Garland, left for California today after spending the past two weeks in the area visiting with friends and family. Seaman Fredrick-sohis completed recently basic training at San Diego and will now be serving aboard the U.S.S. Ranger, an aircraft carrier, which docks at Alameda, Calif. Also at the Fredriekson home are their daughter and granddaughter, Mrs. Donna Babylon and daughter, Ganine, of Stockton. Calif. They were classes given under direction of the County Extension Service, and was for women from all parts of the state. About 350 women enjoyed the information given them. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Greer and son, William, and Mrs. Pearl Triplett of Hailey, Ida., visited Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Biddle.
