Niel sen of Deweyville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Evalyn, to Vernon Johnson, son of Minnie Johnson and the late William S. Johnson of Deweyville. WHITE Garland Couple Celebrate Their Sixty-Firs- t Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Jacob J. White celebrated their filst wedding Jan. anniversary Wednesday. 13 with immediate members of their family and a few close friends. Mr. White was born Oct. 14, 1882 at a son of Kaysville, Thomas Henry and Mary Ann Jones White. Mrs. White, the former Julia Ellen 'Nellie Potts was born Sept. 23, 88.1 at Woodland a daughter of Thomas Henry and Lavina Helen Lefler Potts. in the They were married Salt Lake Temple Jan. 13, 1904 1 They lived in Park City and Woodland and moved to 1014 in where they operated a store, a blacksmith shop and where Mrs. White was the post master.
