Show Ma lad Man Nabbed On Gun Charge A Malad man has been charged with theft of a rifle as a result of an alleged auto theft which occurred last Friday. Daniel Ray Gohn, 22, Malad. Idaho, was charged with theft of fire arms from a vehicle, a second degree felony, according to Sheriffs Deputy Roger Olsen. Gohn allegedly stole the car of a fellow Malad resident, Ivan Schwartz, Rt. 1, while it w as parked near the U & I Inc. sugar factory in Garland. Schwartz had apparently arrived late for work and was unable to park inside a fenced parking lot provided for employees. He left the keys under the seat.
