Mix in and 1 pectin. Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Immediately add sugar, continue to stir until full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Set aside. Stir mixture for 5 minutes put jam in hot sterilised jars and seal. Makes fi -eight ounce jars. 1 C C HIM RRK eggs - beat until foamy - 12 cup oil -12 cup brown sugar - 1 12 cup white sugar - 2 cups grated zucchini - 3 tsp. vanilla - 3 cups flour - 1 teas, salt -3 tsp. cinnamon tsp. soda - 1 4 tsp. baking powder - 1 cup chopid nuts. dd eggs to oil and sugar then add zucchini and rest of ingredients.
