Dell Kraaima and boys of Ogden visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Bourne Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Anhders of Hyrum visited Mr. and Mrs. Leland Bourne Monday. We are very sorry to have the Davis family move away from Riverside. They have sold their home to Mr. and Mrs. Ned Silvester and girls and they are moving in. Welcome Ned, Rosa Lie and girls. Clarence Silvester and four children of Layton and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Silvester and two children of Centerville spent Saturday helping Ned and Rosa Lie move into their new home. Mrs. Albert (Sandra Silvester) Birks of Salt Lake is in the Cottonwood Hospital for surgery. She is doing well. Howell News By JENY WOOD Sorry about no news last week, but when I should have been gathering news I was in the St Benedict Hospital, waiting for my mother to come out of surgery. Thank goodness she is recovering real well and Til be bringing her home this weekend. The thing that was uppermost in the hearts and minds of all of us this past week was the sudden death of Richard Fallows. When one of our families suffer this loss, we all feel it, and our sympathy is with Elmira and Jessie and their family. Mrs. Wanda Larsen, teacher at the Howell School and her husband, Merlin, presented a travelog and films on their trip around the world Wednesday evening. The upper grade children presented songs, dances and speeches pertaining to the different countries. Children in the lower grades presented Halloween songs and dances. It proved to be a very interesting evening. Many Crends and relatives here attended the wedding reception Thursday evening for Mr. and Mrs. William Myers that was held at the Thatcher Penrose Cultural Hall. Mrs. Lila Myers had a family dinner Sunday that included Mr. and Mrs. Bob Myers, Mr, and Mrs. LaVere Costo-gn- o and Mr. Clark Myers. Mr. Myers has been a house guest for the past week. He arrived here from Bruin, Pa., to attend the wedding of his nephew Bill. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Deakin and Mrs. Leonard Peterson were visitors in the afternoon. ATTENTION Pheasant Hunters!
