Weekend guests ofBishopand Mrs. Darvel Garn and family were Mrs. Garn's parents Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Lefler of Other Sunday dinner erdale. Mr. and Mrs. guests were Golden Jensen and family of Sandy and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Jensen of Logan. WEEKEND GUEST of Mr. and Mrs. Clive Garn were Mrs. Mrs. Arlen Garn's mother Taylor and daughter, Judy of Burley. Spending the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Val Leavitt and family were Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Dewey of Salt Lake City. Saturday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Hess were Mr. Mrs. Joseph Hess and and family of Clearfield and Karl Hess of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. James E. Hess entertained at a dinner party at their home Saturday for Mr. Hess's brother, Larry, whohas been spending the past two weeks visiting relatives here. Dr. Keith Roberts of the International Affairs Department at USU will be the guest speaker. He will talk on "Friends From Other Lands." Musical numbers will be furnished by Mrs. Kenneth Rose of Fielding. Mrs. Henry Brown was honored at a dinner party on her birthday Thursday evening at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Dee Brown which included other family members. Sunday she was honored at a family dinner party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Ward at North Ogden. She was accompained by Mr. Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Dee Brown and family. Special guests were Mr. and Mrs. Lennart Olousson and four children, recently from Sweden, now living at Kaysville. Saturday guests at the Brown home were Mrs. Hugh McKay and daughter Mrs. Darnell Smith and three children of Ogden. MRS. FERN Huish, Mr. and Mrs. Myron Giles and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Huish and family at Bountiful Sunday. They attended Sacrament meeting where Elder Val Toland was the guest speaker. Val is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Huish and has just returned from a LDS California mission. Mrs. James Argyle and sons Larry and William of Clover has been visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. V. W. Johns and Ruth Johnson visited Mr. and Mrs. Ted (Faun Quinney) King at Almo, Idaho; during the week. MR. AND MRS. Gus For berg and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Pet- erson attended a Wedding and reception at Lake town Friday uniting Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Forsberg. The new bride was formerly Bonnie Rae Johnson. Mr, and Mrs. Harold Peterson spent the weekend visit ing Mrs. Peterson's aunt Mrs. Alfred Langseth.
