The landowners contribution to this phase of the project is the land which they have given for building of the structures. Watering Facilities The Utah State Department of Fish and Game, one of the project sponsors have installed five wildlife watering facilities in the Blue Creek area. A total of 20 will be installed throughout the project. The purpose of this facility is to store water during periods of precipitation for later use by game birds. These watering places will cost $3,180.00, half of which is shared equally by the Fish and Game Department and from federal funds.
