Ed Udy The Belmont Ward Relief iociety Birthday Social was ield Tuesday p.m. A good rawd was present and thor oughly enjoyed a lovely pro gram and very tasty lunch. Mr. and Mra. J. O. Hadfield received word of the safe ar rival of their first great grand daughter. The little girl is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Reveal of California, but are attending school in Logan. She has a brother at Dennis Udy spent the long weekend at home with his mother between quarters at Dixie College. Sunday Mary Udy had as dinner guests Dennis, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Udy, Logan, and Mr. and Mrs. John Udy and children of Garland. The record dance reld in the ,new recreation hall of the Belmont Ward Church Saturday night was well attended by young people. Marian Hales accompanied her daughter, Melba Lundberg home. to Hyrum Wednesday and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Hanni stayed until Saturday. On and children of Ogden visited Friday Mrs. ILavon Lowe of Mary Udy during the week. Pomona, Calif., called and talked to her mother and sister where they visited together on a three way connection. Mar Lee Capener the band to Reno, Nev., during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Capen- - er spent the first part of the week in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Capener and children of Salt Lake City spent the weekend with the Lee Capeners. Sunday Mrs. Capener had a birthday dinner to honor her twin sons Robert and Richard. All family members were present Mr. and Mrs. Leland Bourne and Mrs. Edith Mayfield were in Ogden Thursday and in Brigham Saturday. Friday Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Hales were in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Capener of Bancroft, Ida., were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Capener. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Capener also were dinner gusets of the Russell Capeners. Thursday, March 21. Luncheon iwill be served during the races, and everyone is invited to join in the fun.
