At the convention new state officers will be elected. Each school sends a candidate for one of the offices. This year LaKene Ward, F.H.A. secretary has been nominated for the office of first vice president The delegates along with the F.H.A. advisors will spend the two days attending meetings to further their knowledge of the purposes and goals of the F.H.A. A banquet is planned for Saturday night when the new leaders will be announced and members who have earned degrees will be honored. Special guest of the Bear River chapter will be Mrs. Oneta Shurtz, former advisor of the local organisation. FIELDING Bear River Stake M.I.A. Officers Enjoy Banquet by Florence Munson The officers and teachers of Bear River Stake MIA enjoyed a Mexican banquet at the Fielding ward Monday evening with their partners as guests. A program and social followed. Mrs. H. V. Peck entertained at a breakfast party Monday morning in honor of her birthday anniversary.
