Mr. and Mrs. Reed Nielsen attended a Wool Growers Convention at Salt Lake City Tuesday and Wednesday of last week. Devere Harris and Glen Morris are attending a class on Life every Monday Underwriting morning in Logan. Has Serious Operation Mr. and Mrs. William Gibbs and Mr. an Mrs. J. Hyrum Gibbs visited at Salt Lake City, with Mrs. Don Gibbs who is in the L.D.S. Hospital where she underwent a serious lung operation, Wednesday. She is still in a serious condition. Mr. and Mrs. Chet Niel entertained six young couple Friday evening at their home. A lovely dinner was served after which the evening was spent playing games. A meeting of the P.T.A. was held Saturday at Tremonton honoring the past North Box Elder Regional Presidents. Mrs. Vera Hall was the first Regional President in 1940-4Dave Badrero of Logan spent last week visiting with LaVar Attend Game Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rose attended the funeral Friday at Ogden for Mr. L. L. Keller. Mr. and Mrs. Keririetti-Waref daho Falls visited over the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Conley. The family of Mrs. Nellie Reese was called to the Virgil Harris home, Monday morning, where Mrs. Reese is critically ill. Mr. and Mr. LeeRoy Pettin-gi- ll arrived Tuesday night from Oceanside, Calif. LeeRoy was released from the U. S. Navy Jan. 9 after four years service. After a brief visit at the home of Mrs. Pettingill's parents, Mr. McCann. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Munns and children of Garland also called at the Rhodes home during the afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Carl S. Edvalson of Ogden and Miss Edna Edvalson of Washington, D. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Sorensen, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Allen, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Serensen, and Mrs. Lottie Potter were in Clarkston Saturday for the Clark funeral. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Harper are settled now in California where Blaine has the same job he had last year. Mr. and Mrs.. Eugene Hansen and son, Chris of Salt Lake City were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Hansen. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Harper and Mrs. Ella Holt of Penrose were in Farmington, Saturday. They also visited Mr. and Mrs. George Coombs in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Dewain Love-lan- d of Clearfield spent Saturday and Sunday at the Fred Grover home. The Grover family met Wednesday evening to celebrate Fred's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grover and Bud, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gro-vand children visited Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Korth in Brigham Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Grover and family were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Grover's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Patterson at West Point. Visitors at the Louis Larson home during the past week were Conrad Larson, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bracon, and Mr. and Mrs. PLY MO V Til By Deanna Nish Home On Furlough Home on furlough to see Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Hess, is their son Corporal Drex Hess, who has been in California serving in the Marines. He also has been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kohlhepp during the week. Mrs. Sherrie Storrer, Idaho Falls, Ida., was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Nish during the week. Mr. and Mrs. George Archibald, Idaho Falls, were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. f. Jesse Lamb. Leave For Oregon Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Lamb left Tuesday for Salem, Ore., to visit their son, Lamont Lamb and family. He is the business manager for the Swift Company. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Atkinson, Samaria, Ida., were recent callers at the Vernon Lamb home. Mrs. Doris Lamb and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Coombs attended the funeral of George Spack- man in Farmington, afterwhich they went to Salt Lake City to visit with friends and relatives. Call were in Ogden visiting Larry Williams, who is leaving soon to serve in the Central States Mission. Bishop S. Olean Josephson and wife, attended the funeral of Talisien. Hughes in Malad, Idaho.
