Show MEETINGS CALLED The district meetings of the WW Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and the Auxiliary will be held Friday night at 8 p.m. The men will meet at the Post Home and the Auxiliary at the Utah Power and Light building. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Holt of Los Angeles, Calif. Mon. Nov. 28 Monday, Nov. 28, the Red Cross Bloodmobile will be in Tremonton. They will be ready to start at 1:45 p.m. and will continue to take blood donations until 6:45 p.m. at McKinley School gym. Sponsored again by the Women's Civic League, they urge the cooperation of people in the valley to make it a success. We never know when "the blood we give may help to save the life of someone near and dear to us. To insure at least 100 bottles of blood, it will be necessary to have from 125 to 150 donors. Chairmen in the various communities have been appointed to assist in encouraging a greater participation in the blood program here. The show was previously known as Ogden Livestock Show, and this is the 37th year for the show. Glen Maddux, Bakers field, Cal., took the reserve grandchampion honors with his entry. Utah Thursday. November L.D.S. Hospital Warning Issued A new regulation which applies to practically all trucks has been issued by the State Road Commission, and will go into effect Janl, 1956. A signal lamp or lamps, or mechanical signal device, of any type, approved by the State Road Commission must be standard equipment on all vehicles which come under the following qualifications: if the distance from the center of the top of the steering post to the left outside limit of the body, cab or load of the vehicle exceeds 24 Inches, or if the distance from the center of the top of the steering post to the rear limit of the body or load exceeds 14 feet.
