Regular weekly rehearsals have been held Wednesday evenings by the band in preparation for summer activities so the group will be prepared to accept the invitation. - f PLANT WILDLIFE TEST PLOT Under the direction of .the officers of the Bear River Wild Life Federation, scouts from the Tremonton Second Ward have planted some Russian Olive and Multi-florRoses as an experimental food and shelter for pheasants. The plot is located on a corner a U mm lot owned by Dr. A. J. Mohr southwest of Tremonton. Participating in the project are Gene Olsen, Wayne Payne, Paul Larson, Wildlife Official, DeVerl Payne, Johnny Callon and Vernon Crozier.fThis is one of five such projects in the area, Tremonton, was selected to act for the as Research Director recently organized Local Government Survey Commission-Mr- . Iverson was born i, Tremonton and is a graduate of the Bear River High School. He graduated from the Utah State Agricultural College and the University of Southern California. Additional training in the field of local government was obtained in the State of Tennessee where he directed a number of studies in the area adminof local governmental istration. At the present time. Mr. Iverson is working toward a doctor's degree and the dissertation will be on phases of the Colorado River Project. He enrolled in the School of Government, University of the final selection for the position of Research Director were the following members of the Local Government Survey Commission: Ronald Wads- Utah-Makin- Ogden; Eugene Maier, Salt Lake; Rolph Wright, Salt Lake; Charles C.
