Mrs. Frank Germer, Long Beach, Calif., was a special visitor for the evening. Spring bonnets were made by the ladies out of odds and ends with some rather spectacular results. After dinner, and the chapeaus had been created,, the remainder of the evening was spent playing Scrabble. Assisting Mrs. Blackham were Mrs. Vernon Bunderson, Mrs. Floyd Gardner, Mrs. James Barnard, Mrs. Clarence Perry and Mrs. Wayne Fryer. Mrs. Hazel Stokes prepared chicken dinner to honor her husband, Bert on his birthday, Sunday.
