Show Thursday. September THE LEADER, Tremonion, Utah 23. 1954 Mrs. Devid Sheldon and family. They also visited Mr. Adam's sisters Maud and Ruth and fam. ilies. Mrs. Dorris Peterson and family went to Ogden Friday evening as it was her grandson Clayton Peterson's 2nd birthday anniversary. On Saturday they all clrove to Bountiful and visited Mrs. Peterson's sister, Mrs. Goldie Behunin at her daughters home, Mr. and Mrs. Eric J. Siech. They also attended the State Fair Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Hansen and family were in Suracuse Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Hansen and daughter Lynda were In Logan Saturday where they visited Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Hansen and Mrs Eugene Hansen and son Chris. EAST GARLAND by Mrs. Eph Peterson MI CLUB TEAM ON TELEVISION ATTEND STATE FAIR Shaffer and Sandra Potter after taking 1st place at the County Fair with their demonstration on cheese spread, and appearing on television were taken to the State Fair as guests of the County 4 II. They were accompanied by Dorothy Potter and June Marble, The party was put up at the WUon Hotel. Saturday evening achievement awards were handed out and the girls, with others of the Junior group division wire given blue ribbons for their achievements. The leaders were Joyce each presented with a box lunch. Sunday morning they were taken to a religous service at Barratt Hall then on a bus tour of points of Interest about the city. Those who have heard of their success have expressed pride in their achievement. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Anderson attended the Ice Follies in Salt Lake City Sunday evening. Home From Trip Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Rhodes and Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Fryer returned from their trip to Cheyenne Friday morning. They returned through Colorado over the Rabbit Ear Pass and through the Uintahs. Mr. and Mrs. II. B. Roger of Nampa, Idaho spent Friday night at the Roy Oyler home, They then attended the State Fair and returned again Sunday on their way home. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Atkinson went to Layton to visit Mr. and Mrs. Leland Watt Sunday especially to see Joel who leaves soon for his mission. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Fryer who have been moving to Bountiful came for their children who spent the week with Mr. and 4-- Overnight Guests Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Rhodes had as Saturday overnight guests Mrs. Carl Edvalson of Ogden. and Mrs. Blanche Smith of Taeoma, Wash. They were joined at Sunday dinner by Mr. Edvalson and son Melvin. Mr. and Mrs. Louts Larson and two children were Salt Lake City visitors Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Golden Adams and family were in Salt Lake City Sunday to celebrate Mrs. Thiesscn's birthday anniversary which fell on Monday.
