He is the son of Scott & RaCail Hays, grandson of Michael n of Dick and Sue Davis and John and Kathy Riley, Riley. For Brandon's project he installed sprinklers and planted trees for ArboFDay. He also dressed as Smokey the Bear for a Arbor Day story writing contest where he visited 5 local elementary schools. At his Court of Honor, Brandon paid special tribute to his Grandfathers for their service in the military and the community. Brandon plays football for American Fork Junior High. He toves to come to Beaver to work with his Grandpa's and Uncle favorite place Workshop. These positions are beyond the seasonals positions and will be when the need arises for additional personnel due to increased fire activity or vacant positions. The Central Utah area averages 261 wildfires per year with over .60,000 acres burned. The Fire Organization also supports wildfires in other areas and states if additional resources are needed. There is no guarantee for continuous employment throughout the summer. .The applicant needs to submit an application by April 1, 2008. After review, applicants will be contacted with further information. Also required is a physical fitness level of carrying a pack for three miles in 45 minutes or less.
