JSC f Thank you, Professional" People in Beaver A special thanks to the 17 professional people of Beaver who helped make Mrs. Eyre's career unit for the Beaver High School seniors a success. Fifty one seniors were required to write a resume, a cover letter, and fill out a job application for a simulated job of their choice. These documents were taken to various business people for their consideration, and these people gave the students an actual job interview. The students were required to wear nice business dress for these interviews, and they looked stunning. This career unit consisted of three weeks of diligent preparation. Ms. Dannie Lebanon helped the students complete their applications and prepare for various interview questions. Mr. Brent Stapley and Mrs. JoAnna Beeson came to class as role models and discussed the importance of proper dress at their interviews as well as on the job. A personal interview was given to each student, who was dressed in appropriate business attire, on Tuesday, January 28. These interviews were made possible by these professional people who graciously gave of their time: Mr. C. David White, White Accounting; Mr. Steve Winslow, U. S. Forest Service; Mr. Craig Davidson, Beaver Valley Hospital; Mrs. April Yardley, April's Beauty Salon; Nancy George, Myers' Family Dental; Dr. Hal Murdock, Murdock's Dentistry; Mrs. Carol Kesler; Mr. Mike Riley, Riley Construction; Mr. Bob Davidson; Mr. And Mrs. Marlow Draper, The Beaver F'ress; Mr. Mark Yardley, High Country Fuels; Principal Doug Albrecht, Belknap Elementary; and Evan Yardley, DVM; Indian Creek Veterinary Services.
