Show The HELPER JOURNAL (Utah) Federated Women Club To Meet IN Salt Lake Plan3 are underway for the annual convention of the Eastern District of Utah Federation of Women's Oulbs to be held on Saturday, May 5 in Dragerton. Hostess clubs are BookclifT club of Sunnyside and Cultura clug of Dragerton. The convention will (be presided over by Mrs Will&n (H. Simons, ' of Moato, President of the Eastern District. President R. N. Allred will give the address of welcome at the morning session. The luncheon at 5th MRS BOREN'S ROOM We enjoyed our Easter vacation and are now back at school ready to complete our fourth grade work- - .We were delighted to have so many out to see our program. It .was fun performing Jar such a large audience. Monday we wrote thank you notes to the mother,, who helped us dress and put on make-u- p for our program. Thank you notes went to Mrs Lynn Wilstead, Mrs Ernest Bruno, Mrs Norman Hall and Mrs Bernard Miller. We were weighed and measured Monday to see tf we are growing and gaining. GlilL'S BKE, MRS WRJUGHT ENTERTAINS Mm Harold Wright entertained About thirty Relief Society and Club women of Carbon County learned the technique of bread making at home, Monday, April 16, at the Carbon Stake Center. EIna Miller, food specialist of assisted Utah State Univtrsity, Clara Schofield, home agent, in showing the women how they can make and bake their own bread at home. Whole wheat bread and white bread were actually made and baked so that all the steps involved in home baking were demonstrated for the women to see. They sampled the products after bulletins baking and received giving detailed instructions at the close oi the demonstration. Copies of this bulletin may be obtained free of charge by calling at the Extension Office in the Court House.
