Show PRESS THE BEAVER OCT. 20, 1983 - PAGE 8 Clinics To Be Held Oct. 25th Election Notice TO: ALL QUALIFIED OF MINERSVILLE ELECTORS TOWN, STATE OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of November, 1983, a Bond Election will be held in Minersville Town, Beaver County, Utah, in conjunction with the General Municipal Election, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said Town the following Propositions: PROPOSITION NO. 1 PROPOSITION NO. 2 and disposal or wastewater and sewage including collector and trunk lines, lagoons and other treatment facilities, acquiring necessary land and for the purpose of paying expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements and the authorization and issuance of said Bonds; said Bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed Forty (40) years from the date of said Bonds? The foregoing Propositions for the issuance of bonds shall be submitted to the qualified electors of Minersville Town at the General Municipal Election to be held in Minersville Town for municipal officials to be held on the same date: and for the Bond Election Minersville Town shall constitute one (1) voting district or precinct, and the election officials serving for the General Municipal Election shall serve as election officials for the Bond Election. The voting at such Bond Election shall be by ballots provided for voting upon the bond propositions and the bond questions shall be combined with the candidate ballot. The description of the voting district, the polling place within said voting district and the election judges and alternate judges who have been appointed to conduct the Bond Election are as follows:VOTING DISTRICT: Minersville. POLLING PLACE: Minersville Town Hall, 60 West Main Street. ELECTION OFFICIALS! Ilene Gray, Connie Lee Marshall, Mary ALTERNATE Beth Bailey. OFFICIALS: Bernice Ashley and Eileen Craw, Ballots will be furnished by the Town Council of Minersville Town to the election officials who, in turn, will furnish them to the qualified voters. The polls will be open from 7:00 o'clock a.m. to 8:00 o'clock p.m. There will be no special registration of voters for the bond election and registration for the General Municipal Election will qualify the persons registered to be eligible to vote in the Bond Election. AH persons registered to vote in the General Municipal Election in conjunction with which the Bond Election is to be held will be considered registered to vote in the Bond Election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election. The County Gerk will make available, or will cause the registration agents to make available, at the polling place, a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Absentee ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the bond election but who, on the day of election, expects to be temporarily absent from Beaver County or who is disabled, by making application in the manner and time provided by law, either in person or by mail at the office of the Town Clerk in the Town Hall of Minersville, Utah. Mayor Come to the Deer Hunters Dining Shop Beaver - Shall the Town Council of Minersville Town, Beaver County, Utah, be authorized to issue general obligation sewer Bonds of said Municipality in the amount of not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($125,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of paying part of the cost of acquiring through purchase or construction or both a system, for & Lounge : ATTEST: Shall the Town Council Sf Minersville Town, Beaver County, Utah, be authorized to issue sewer revenue bonds of said Municipality in the amount of not to exceed Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand ($475,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of paying part of the cost of acquiring through purchase or construction, or both, a system for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater and sewage including collector and trunk lines, lagoons and other treatment facili- ties, acquiring necessary land, and for the purpose of paying expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements and the authorization and issuance of said Bonds; said Bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed Forty (40) years from the date of said Bonds, to be payable solely as to both principal and interest from the net revenues to be derived from the wastewater and sewage system of the Municipality and under no circumstances to be a general obligation indebtedness of the Municipality within the meaning of any State constitutional provision or statutory limitation nor a charge against the general credit or taxing powers of said Municipality? the collection, treatment There will be an influenza and blood pressure clinic October 25th in Beaver from 9 to 12 o'clock. Influenza vaccination will be given at a cost of $2.50 per immunization. The clinics are sponsored by Southwest Health Dept. 86 North Main, Beaver. November, 1983, that being a day .not later than then (10) days after said election, the Town Council will meet, in special session, at its regular meeting place at 8:00 o'clock p.m., to canvass the returns and declare the results of said election.
