We are trying to get a background of the early beginning of the American Colonies and how they won their independence and set up our democratic form of government. We have decided to work this unit in an activity program. We are enjoying this method of learning and hope that we continue to use it throughout the year. We have all received our outline from Mr. Christiansen and our assignments on committees. Some are working on posters, charts, maps, dramatizations, cartoons, talks, poems, letters and etc. We feel that this will help us learn our history better. Monday we saw our first Audio Visual Education films and we surely enjoyed them. We are F'uiumy u nave many more films during the school year and this will bring many experiences to us that we can not tret in the class room. 10-3- cash for dead or useless cows, horses, sheep or hogs.
