Bears Lose Pre-Seaso- n Game To 0len Tigers On Thursday of last week the Bear River Bears played host to the Ogden Tigers in the first night game on the Bears' home field, losing by a score of 33-The Bears' only real threat came In the opening minutes of play when they used a trick line plimye play and about everything else in the book to march down the field for their first touchdown, followed by a conversion to lead the Tigers 7 to 0. The Tigers then settled down and racked up a touchdown cf their own, making the first quarter end 7 to 6 in favor of the Bears. In the second quarter the Tigers kept the Bears on the defensive, deep in their own territory, while once more striking 7. pay dirt to go into the lead in the half, 12 to 7. Early In the third quarter, Ogden recovered a Bear fumble on the Bears' own 5 yard line, resulting in another touchdown, with the try for extra point being good, raising the score 19 to 7 in favor of the Ogden boys.
