A resolution expressing appreciation for efficient services performed during a difficult period of depression and war was unanimously adopted by the Board. During Superintendent administration many significant educational advances have been made and the recessions that have been so common in school districts during this period have been kept at a minBun-derson- 's imum. Coincident with the release of Superintendent Bunderson, the Board adopted a detailed plan of his successor. for The vacancy is officially announced to the Utah Department of and the Public Instruction, Schools of Education together with solicitations for their aid in naming and evaluating candidates. According to the adopted procedure the Board, applications for the superintendency may be filed with the Clerk of the Board until May 10, 1947.
