Larkin of Snovmlle, has graduated from an intensive course in airplane mechanics and now is prepared to join the ranks of "coverall commandos," who keep our American planes aloft, Sheppard Field, near Wichita Falls, Texas, is one of the largest schools of the Army Air Forces Technical Training Command, training specialist technicians for the ground crews which "Keep 'Em Flying." Before entering the school, he was trained at one of the basic training centers of the Army Air Forces Technical Training Command. In commenting on his training, Pfc. Larkin said, "The airplane mechanics course provided here is a real privilege and a beneficial course. It provides a better knowledge and practical experience for us to go on and do our job better in winning the war." Recent word from Pvt.
