State officers and department directors will give talks throughout the day. Special speaker at the noon luncheon will be Rev. Chester S. Ramsey, of the University of Utah, who will speak on "The W. C. T. U. Woman's Place In the World Today. Mrs. Bethel Day of Gooding, Idaho, who is state W. C. T. U. president of Idaho, will be a special truest of the Institute and will speak throughout the day. A large attendance is expected. Mrs. N.E. Shaw of Tremonton, who is state director of Institutes, is in charge. The morning sessions begin at 10; luncheon, at 12:15, and afternoon at 2.
