"Since the first General Motors cars were produced, the whole facej of America has been changed," Mr. Knudsen said. "The country has emerged from the horse and buggy era Into the new motor age. Automotive transportation has changed the lives of us all. Millions of Jobs have been created. Nearly every industry from the farm through the factory has been quickened and benefited. The motor car has created a new America. "The buillng of 25,000,000 cars is an achievement of which all of us can rightfully be proud, and could not have been brought about without the cooperation and teamwork of everyone in our organization," he continued, in tribute to the engineers, manufacturing workers, sales staffs, dealers and service men. When some vegetables are stored they require a dry atmosphere, others keep better where the humidity Is high er. In general, both extremes of humidity can, to an exten, be controlled. Furthermore, ventilation has a direct relation to the respiration of the stored product and to the sanitation of the cellar. Some food superstitions that have-beescientifically disproved are that milk and fish should not be eaten at the same meal; a large amount of meat is necessary for heavy physical work; and water should not be drunk at meals. 31' Bottle z. . 9 Can TUNA FLAKES 10' Can D A IlMf DAlimUD CALUMET Can DttiumiruHLrmi 20' 21' 25' 20' 15' 60' RAISINS PEAS -- BEANS SILVER DUST CORN -- 3 cans..
