In as much as we are supposed to be producing 20" of a national surplus and our standards are higher than othens' for our consumptive and distributive purpose tions, I set up 75 nationally. I apply theleconomic rule to this portion. We have but one American or one loaf diversified howevr' 130 million consumers. I apply the standard American average pnV to the Thus I have segregated the 25 or 250 surplus. Hi"' has a very important economic use to perform to humanity both hon. and abroad. First, it must act to safeguard the consuming public Second, it gives a means of extending 'the hand of fellowship to foreign nations out of the surplus. The surplus must be in a proper position so as to be easily obtainable for its purpose. TSt the national functioning economically would designate the policy ai' interpret the law and now the princ iple of protecting the weak agate the strong or old. Standard American minimum cost then is the factor to designated and by legislative action and the vote of the people i should be made unlawful for anybody to buy or sell below the age minimum cost. 1 will now give you an illustration in the following figure;.' Supply. 1000; demand, 750; standard American average $675.00 . standard American average minimum cost, 75 cents; ari surplus 250. Now the poetic economic rule: Give a lb. of the 10c or lb. loaf to the ones who produce the material thereof, that stabilii? may return to the basic few and this, no doubt, will stabilize jkl That means 130 million humans. Then it talks to the double standarS people in the following language: Bankers, bakers and industrial leaders all are dependant upon the great Creator and the law supply and the law of demand is now at wrist, just take it hand. "Give" the cost of production for theyour consummable portion the law will take care of the false notions, such as surplus prediction, greed and speculation, and thus we can save the choice of "Nations." "America for you, America for me, equality to all, apis be free." Past verifies the soundness and truthfulness i the above principles and philosophies. If you will believe me the I have set up here is what the of these Unitrf States voted Mr. Hoover's administration in topeople do, but the imposed the capatilist policy into the agricultural act Autocracy.' bureaucracy, capitalism and hyprocracy came into its own in Mr. Hover s administration.
