The Tremonton and Garland teams of last year have been combined and organized into one team n to be known as the entry in the league. Four representatives were chosen from each team to handle the business affairs of the team, with R. B. Waldren as chairman and league representative, and C. C: Watkins as team manager. This organization will no doubt provide some of the best baseball the valley has even had and is a good step in the right direction toward consolidation and cooperation in sports as well as other activities in the- Bear River valley. The opening game is scheduled with Ogden and is to be played in the City park in Garland at 4 p.m., Sunday, May 16th. Ogden won the league title last year and is out to repeat so the contest should be a good one. The home games are to be alternated between Garland and Tremonton so the Decoration Day game will be play ed at the fair grounds in Tremonton. Ogden has strengthened since last year with the addition of Elwood Drysdale, first baseman, last year with Logan Elks, and a few players from the league I have It' REDDY KILOWATT.
