The Elwood ward reunion was held here on Tuesday in the recreational hall. Decoration was In pink and green. Beautiful roses and sweet peas and potted plants adorned the table. guests were seated at the table.. J. M. Mortensen was master of ceremonies. A nice program was carried out during the dinner hour. Over 300 people enjoyed the fine dinner prepared by the Relief Society ladies. The decorations, program and reception committee were under the direction of the M. I. A. The snow storm helped to make the day successful as all of the farmers found time to visit The dance in the evening was also- well enjoyed by young and old and. sereval friends from near by towns. ' All agreed the reunion was a grand success , The Parent Teachers organization wish to. invite all to a meeting here Friday evening, when several matters of importance will be discussed. Her mother, Mary Mor-tensand sister, Pearl, and Miss Blanche Sokada went over Sunday to bring her back. The M Men and Gleanor Girls banquet was held here last Wednesday under the direction of J. P. Christen-se- n, M Men president and Barbara Chris tensen, Gleaner Girl president The decorations and favors at the table were in airplane fashion. Leslie Anderson was toastmarter. A lively program was enjoyed during the dinner hour. ISixty guests enjoyed the dinner. The dance in the evening was well attended. A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Trent Thompson on Wednesday, March 18. All are feeling fine.
