In the Brigham paper you call me a Reactionary, and in the Leader the same week, a Progressive. These; words are really to big for you and the man who wrote the letters for you, to understand. You were a Progressive in 1930 when, after losing the nomination to Jim Thompson from Garland, you ad vocated tha election of Jack Zundel. In 1934 you turned out to be a Re actionary, as I understand it. No. Roche, I am still a Progressive Democrat and don't believe in fostering men for office that am not qualified. That should show you why your defeat in 1934. And by the way, gave you a majority. How about Brigham City and the big shots? Roche asks me how I could help the Young Democrats. I could warn them to avoid writing letters without knowing what they are all about, and not to use any words without; knowing their meaning. I could teach them that it is not good politics to condemn the Progressive movement, in as much as it has always been a great value to the Democratic party. OTTO SCHENKEI (Signed) Paid Adv.
