Lorin Ruse and John Adams of Brig ham, were callers at Howell Tuesday. Ed Rock visited his family at Brig-haover the week end. Miss Leora Peters spent the week end at Brigham with her parents. Miss Maud Anderson who spent a couple of weeks at the home of her sister, Mrs. Alma Larkin at Snowville, returned home Monday. Relief Society meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Edna Larkin Tuesday. Mrs. Mary Stoddard reviewed the book, "The Ordeals of Richard Feveral" by Geo. Meridith. Mrs. Mat-ti- e Hansen gave a talk on "The Word of Wisdom," in response to a request from the general and stake board. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Larkin. By going to the highway by team or by hauling cars on sleighs to the highway people are able to get out of the valley. We are hoping that in the near future we will be able to get the roads open to the highway so that people may get back and forth for the benefit of the school children from here who have not been able to get home for a month.
