Kose of this city announce the engagment of their daughter, Mable to Mr. Oakley Hug- gins of Ogden, formerly of fountain Green, the marriage to take place in June. Mr. and Mrs. Golden Petersen and baby of iSnowville, spent Sunday and Monday with Mrs. Petersen's mother, Mrs. Augusta Iversen and family. Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Marie Rasmussen. a delicious hot chicken supper was given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hansen, of Shef field, Illinois, who have been visiting at the Rasmussen home for the past three weeks. Those present besides the honored guests were: Mr. and Mrs. N. Gean Hansen of Soldier Summit. Mr. and Mrs. Nels Rasmussen and children. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Han sen and children, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Rasmussen and daughter, Mr. and Mrs Walter Hansen and children, Mrs. Marie Rasmussen, Mrs. Fredrick Olsen and the to the Misses Leona and Hazel Rasmussen, Lucretia Olsen, Violet and Elva Rasmussen and Olsen and to Mr. Weldon Rasmussen.
