Dewey and daughter Mary accompanied Virginia Dewey to Salt Lake Sunday. A number of young folks attended the Junior Prom at the Bear River High school Friday night. The favors and place cards were in keeprabing wtih the Easter idea, small little and fuzzy Easter eggs bity chicks being among the favors. Covers were laid for Mr. and Mrs. Ed Vedetto of Madson, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wheatley, Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Marble, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Dustman, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Norr, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Duett Loveland and Mr. and Mrs. Con Fryer. Prizes were won by Ed Vedetto, Mrs. Wilford Miller and Mrs. Marvin Dustman. Earl Jensen visited his parents here Thursday evening, returning to Ogden Friday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Gittens returned from a visit at McCammon, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Ault and daughter Mabel, Mr. and Mrs. Duett Love-lanson Darrell and daughter Jean, were visiting with Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Carter of Garland Sunday. Those who enjoyed the high priest party at Garland March 20 were Mr. and Mrs. Victor U. Hansen, Mr. ana Mrs. J. P. Christensen, and Mr. and Mrs. Casper Andreasen. Those who did not attend missed a treat. Mr. and Mrs. V. L. Hansen and Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Munns enjoyed a surprise party at Garland last Saturday in honor of the 70th birthday of Chas. Munns. A large number of young people from here attended the Junior Prom at the high school last Friday eve- - iung. The M Men and Gleaner Girls play contest was won by the M Men and so it was up to the Gleaner Girls to (Entertain. This they did Monday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Krokosh. Chicken dinner was served to 34. After the dinner games and contests were enjoyed. All those that were presnt had a most njoy able time. Miss Mathilda Jensen of Logan visiting her spent the week-en- d mother, Mrs. Julia Jensen, and other relatives here. Saturday evening a wedding was given in honor of the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs, H. P. Rasmussen. Dinner was served at 6 o'clock to 21 guests. The rooms were decorated with orange blossoms sent from relatives in California for the occasion and a large wedding cake decorated the center of the table. Elias Andersen was toastmaster and during the dinner many interesting experiences of former and present days were related. After the dinner and a short program everyone left for the Elwood hall where a dance was enjoyed by the people of the ward. Punch and cookies were served during the dance. Those from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Rasmus Han sen of Bear River Ctiy, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Keller of Tremonton. Mrs. Gert rude Hansen of Mink Creek, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Hansen of East Tremonton. Mr. and Mrs. Rasmussen have lived at Elwood 24 years and have won many friends. Many beautiful presents were received. her appearance at the Udy home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Udy are extremely proud, as this is their first girL Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Smith, Mrs. Harriet Archibald, Earl Archibald and Frank Archibald were Tremonton shoppers Saturday. Mrs. Phebe Tims and Mrs. Henry Starr of Mound Springs were visiting with relatives here last week. Mrs. Robert Nish, who has spent the winter at Fairview with her folks, returned home last Sunday. Henry Starr and son Carol of Mound Springs were at Alvin Smith's Sunday listening to the radio. Mr. and Mrs. Farley Archibald ana daughters Ruth and Phyllis of Tremonton were here Sunday visiting wtih relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. William S.
