Show Sandy Ninth Graders Feted In Promotion Ceremonies A total of 72 ninth grade students of Sandy junior high school were promoted to Jordan high at closing exercises held Thursday at Sandy junior high school auditorium. G Reed Sanderson, principal of the school was in charge & Clyde A Miller Music supervisor of the school in charge of the program. Highlighting the ceremony was the awarding of scholarships & attendance awards to ninth grade students. 'Miss Patricia Hammond, daugh- of Mr &Mrs A M Shuman, received the highest scholastic rating in the school. Robert Larson, son of Mr & Mrs Avid J Larson, won the second highest scholastic rating & Dorothy Silberstein, daughter of Mr & Mrs Edward Silberstein, received the third highest scholastic rating.
