A r V,- - ; Lorraine Limb Tells Wedding Plans Kathleen Sharp to Wed Robert Baker Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Limb announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorraine, to David Young, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Young of Burley, Idaho. The couple will be married July 31, 1971 in the Beaver First-Thir- d Ward by Bishop Alan Gale. An open house at the home of the bride's parents will honor the newly-wethat evening. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Gale announce the coming marriage of their daughter, Melinda, to Mr. Theodore Carl Whitaker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Whitaker of Salt Lake City. They will be married on Friday, August 6, 1971, in the St. George LDS Temple. Melinda graduated as an honor student from Beaver High School in 1967, where she was active drama and music in the She was Beaver County Dairy Princess in 1967 and was chosen First Attendant to the Utah State Dairy Princess of 1968. While attending Southern Utah State College, she was Sophomore Women's Senator, SUSC Homeand coming Queen for 1968-6- 9 received the Most Outstanding Female Contribution for 1969 award. She was Executive Secretary of Cultural Affairs at SUSC in 1970 and received the 1970 Associated Women Student's Silver Spoon Award for Outstanding Womanhood. She belonged to the service club and Circle was listed in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities She served as WoIn 1969-7- 0. men's Vice President to the Lat ter-da- K-- uation, has been employed in Cedar City, Beaver, and Provo. Mr. Young graduated from Burley High School and is attending Brigham Young University. The couple will honeymoon in Mexico and California before returning to Provo where the groom will continue his studies.
