Friendship- - The inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person, Having neither to weigh thoughts, Nor measure words-bu- t, pouring them right out-juas they are, chaff and grain together. Certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them keep what is worth keeping and with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Harrison of San Pedro, California visited his parents, Mr and Mrs. Henry Wood, last week. Mr.and Mrs LaVar (Kate) Willden and sons, Nile and Nickie, of Las Vegas, spent one night at the cabin home of Mr and Mrs David (Jeanne) Willden at Brianhead last week. They also visited friends and relatives in Beaver. Nile is employed in Honolulu, Hawaii and is spending his vacation with his family in Las Vegas. Warren Morris of California visited relatives last week and drove to Ely, Nevada to visit his mother and her husband, Mr nd Mrs. Jim Ashworth. Mr. and Mrs Wilf (Alveretta) Robinson had their granddauof ghter, Carolyn Schwab, Mountain View, Wyoming, visit them. She was selected by the FFA to attend the convention in New York. Their grandson, Blake Robinson of Lehi, recently returned from Calgary, Canada with the Lehi Band, who won Second Place in the competition and received $500. Debbie Patterson of Moriarty, New Mexico is spending her vacation in Beaver with her grandmother, Mrs. Merlin Patterson and in Provo with her uncle and aunt, Clark and Barbara Patterson and family. Debbie is the daughter of Don and Frances Patterson. Mr and Mrs. Jess (Marlene) Richmond and family of Orem were dinner guests at our home last Tuesday, They were to Southern California to see the places of interest. Thursday, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry (Marilyn) Cox of Orem stopped to say hello. They were spending a few days in Las Vegas. Jerry and Marlene are children of Mr and Mrs Dick Cox. Penny and Charlotte Joseph and Todd Bradshaw spent last week in Salt Lake with Mr. and Mrs. Richard (Marge Ann) Joseph. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Low were Mr and Mrs Bill Low and family of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Tattersall and family of Kearns, Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Low of Los Angeles and Ray Tolton of Salt Lake. Ray also visited Mr and Mrs. Carl Grimshaw. The ls visited Mrs Mary Haney Mr. and Mrs Dixon (Enid) and Fotheringham children, Patsy and Dick of LaHabra, Cal visited Mr and Mrs. Ed (Clista) Nowers last week and enjoyed camping and fishing in the mountains. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon (Geor-genBaldurn of Claremont, California, visited last week with Bill and Irene Cox, Ike and Mary Jane Baldwin, Elmer and Shirley Baldwin, Beth and Wallace Dean, Aub and Betty Baldwin and spent several days in the Beaver mountains.
