Net fines for these 662 cases totaled $13,646.00 and the re port noted arrests in each one of Utah's 29 counties. Salt Lake County showed the Jargest number of arrests with 101 ' followed by Davis with 80, Wasatch with 66, and San Juan with 45. Deer tagging violations accounted for the largest number of arrests as Fish and Game officers issued 212 cita- tions for this infraction of deer hunting rules, Carrying loaded guns in vehicles was the second lar- gest violation listed on the November report with a total of 98 cases going into Utah courts. The November report carried a long list of various types of violations for which Fish and Game officers issued citations such as littering, pollution, endangering life and property, shooting bear out of season, and shooting wntnan 600 feet of buildings. Deer tagging violations ap peared to be comparable to past years although carrying loaded gun violations seems to be fewer this year.
