L: ': ' J J I i Our hardy pioneer forefathers who founded this fair city a century ago sought to build peaceful homes a place where they could raise their families, worship God and earn their livelihood through honest toil. Hard work was their cherished friend and constant companion. The energy and vigor of these noble pioneers has been carried on by succeeding generations... The development of Beaver has come because of hard work and intelligent toil. As they realized their ambitions, they also promoted the cultural arts, good schools, and churches. For all of these things, we salute our pioneers and the past century. Now, we look forward with unlimited faith and courage to the coming years. T We salute you, Beaver. 5 TAYLOR FARNSWORTH, Mayor; WILLIAM E. WHITE, ROSS II. SMITH, S. G. HICKMAN, 1 MARTELL EASTMAN, JAMES G.
