Messinger Six People Die in And Eugene Davie Crash South of Beaver Arlo P. Messinger,' Incumbent State Representative, will meet Eugene N. Davie, M. D., of Milford, in the September 14 Primary Election for the Democratic nomination for the legislative post. Thirty-fiv- e delegates selected these two from a field of five in the nominating convention in the Courthouse last Friday evening. In addition to Dr. Davie, three other hopefuls had filed from all of whom were eliminated in the balloting of the delegates. They were, Rudolph Neilsen, Wm. , and Raymond Kizer. Dr. Davie, a newcomer to Beaver County, was definitely the "dark horse" in this 'battle. Next Tuesday, August 24, is the last registration day before the Sept. 14 Primary.
