The rites were read by Bishop Henry P. Dotson. The bride was attired in a pearl grey suit with navy accessories. Myrl Parkinson, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid and Clark Barton was best man. Mr. Robinson has recently returned from three years service in the army, two of which were spent in Europe, serving in combat in Williams of Greenville officiated. The bride is. the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Puffer, while the bridegroom is the son of the F. D. Williams of Minersviile, and held the rating of fireman 1 c in the Navy and has just returned after three years in the South Pacific where he participated in six major battles. The bride's wedding gown was white nylon and taffeta, she carried a bouquet o,f gardenias with pink carnations and yellow rose buds and in her hair she pinned a wreath of pink carnations. Th young couple were attended by Mrs. Virginia Marshall and Mrs. Renee Eyre, Alton Marshall of Minersville and Boyd Puffer. Refreshments were served to the 40 present, which included the immediate members of the families. The newlyweds left later in the evening on their honeymoon trip for Los Angeles, and when they return they will make their home at Minersville. $1.00 .
